「あのね」（Anone）を使うときの約束ごとです。ログインした時点で、この規約に同意したものとみなします。 这是使用「あのね」（Anone）时的约定。登录即视为你同意本条款。 These are the rules for using Anone. By signing in, you agree to them.

1. サービスの内容 1. 服务内容1. What the service is

あのねは、AI キャラクターと文字で話し、声で通話し、キャラクターが生成した写真や便箋を受け取れるサービスです。ブラウザ、スマートフォン、デスクトップアプリから使えます。 あのね是一个和 AI 角色文字聊天、语音通话、并收到角色生成的照片和便签的服务。可以在浏览器、手机和桌面应用里使用。 Anone lets you chat with AI characters in text, talk with them by voice, and receive photos and notes they generate. It works in a browser, on a phone, and as a desktop app.

2. 相手は AI です 2. 对方是 AI2. The characters are AI

登場するキャラクターはすべて AI であり、実在の人物ではありません。人物も団体も架空のものです。キャラクターの言葉は、医療・法律・金銭・心理などの専門的な助言ではありません。大事な判断は、必ず専門家や信頼できる人に相談してください。 所有角色都是 AI，不是真人；人物和团体均为虚构。角色说的话不构成医疗、法律、金钱、心理等任何专业建议。重要的决定请务必咨询专业人士或你信任的人。 Every character is an AI, not a real person. All people and organisations are fictional. Nothing a character says is medical, legal, financial, psychological or other professional advice. For important decisions, talk to a professional or someone you trust.

3. 利用できる人 3. 谁可以使用3. Who may use it

18 歳以上の方だけが利用できます。ログイン時に「18 歳以上です」と確認していただきます。18 歳未満であることが分かった場合、アカウントを停止し、データを削除します。 只有 18 岁以上的人可以使用。登录时需要你确认「我已年满 18 岁」。如果发现用户未满 18 岁，我们会停用账号并删除数据。 You must be 18 or older. When you sign in, you confirm that you are. If we learn that a user is under 18, we will close the account and delete its data.

4. アカウント 4. 账号4. Your account

• ID は一人につき一つです。 一个人只能有一个 ID。 One ID per person.
• ID は他人に教えないでください。ID を知っている人は誰でも、あなたの会話を読めてしまいます。 不要把 ID 告诉别人。知道 ID 的人都能看到你的对话。 Keep your ID secret. Anyone who has it can read your conversations.
• ID の貸し借りや共有はできません。あなたの ID で行われたことは、あなたの責任になります。 不能出借或共用 ID。用你的 ID 做的事由你负责。 You may not lend or share your ID. You are responsible for whatever is done with it.

5. してはいけないこと 5. 禁止事项5. What you may not do

• 法律に反する内容を作らせたり、やり取りしたりすること。 生成或传播违法内容。 Create or exchange anything illegal.
• 未成年を性的に描く内容を求めること。どんな形でも、一切認めません。 试图获取任何涉及未成年人的性内容。无论什么形式，一律禁止。 Attempt to obtain sexual content involving minors, in any form. This is never allowed.
• 写真や音声などの生成機能を、嫌がらせ、なりすまし、大量生成などに悪用すること。 滥用照片、语音等生成功能，用于骚扰、冒充、批量生成等。 Abuse the photo, voice or other generation features, for example for harassment, impersonation or bulk generation.
• サービスを解析、逆コンパイル、自動収集（スクレイピング）すること。自動化ツールで大量にアクセスすること。 对服务进行逆向工程、反编译或爬取；用自动化工具大量访问。 Reverse engineer, decompile or scrape the service, or hit it with automated tools.
• 他の利用者や運営者に危害を加えること。 伤害其他用户或运营者。 Harm other users or the people running the service.

6. あなたが作るもの 6. 你创作的内容6. Content you create

• あなたが入力した文章や声は、あなたのものです。 你输入的文字和声音归你所有。 What you type and say is yours.
• サービスを動かすために、私たちはそれを保存し、処理し、第三者の API に送ることがあります（詳しくはプライバシーポリシー）。それ以外の目的には使いません。 为了运行服务，我们会保存、处理这些内容，并可能发送给第三方 API（详见隐私政策）。不会用于其他目的。 To run the service we store it, process it, and may send it to third-party APIs (see the Privacy Policy). We use it for nothing else.
• キャラクターが生成した写真や便箋は、個人で楽しむためのものです。商用利用や、実在の人物に見せかける使い方はできません。 角色生成的照片和便签仅供个人使用，不能商用，也不能伪装成真人。 Photos and notes a character generates are for your personal use. You may not use them commercially or pass them off as real people.

7. スタンプなどの仮想アイテム 7. 邮票等虚拟物品7. Stamps and other virtual items

スタンプはサービス内で使うためのもので、現金としての価値はなく、換金はできません。購入したスタンプは購入日から 6 か月で失効します（無料で配布されたスタンプは配布時に示した期限に従います）。購入したスタンプは原則として返金できませんが、重複して課金された場合、サービスの不具合で使えなかった場合、購入から 14 日以内で一枚も使っていない場合は、info@anone.life までご連絡いただければ返金します。配布の仕組み、必要な枚数、上限は変わることがあり、変わるときは事前にお知らせします。 邮票只在服务内使用，没有现金价值，不能兑现。买来的邮票自购买之日起 6 个月失效（赠送的邮票按赠送时说明的期限）。买来的邮票原则上不退款，但重复扣款、因服务故障用不了、购买 14 天内一张都没用的，写信到 info@anone.life 就退。发放方式、消耗数量和上限可能变动，变动前会先通知。 Stamps exist only inside the service, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. Purchased stamps expire six months after the date of purchase (free stamps follow the period stated when they were given). Purchased stamps are generally non-refundable, but if you were charged twice, could not use them because of a fault on our side, or have not used any of them within 14 days of purchase, email info@anone.life and we will refund you. How stamps are issued, how many things cost and the limits may change, and we will tell you before they do.

あのねはまだベータ版です。機能が変わったり、なくなったり、サービス全体が一時的または恒久的に止まることがあります。できる限り事前にお知らせしますが、保証はできません。 あのね仍在测试阶段。功能可能变更或下线，整个服务也可能暂时或永久停止。我们会尽量提前通知，但无法保证。 Anone is still in beta. Features may change or disappear, and the whole service may pause or stop, temporarily or for good. We will try to warn you first, but we cannot promise to.

サービスは現状のまま提供されます。会話や生成物の内容が正確であること、サービスが途切れないことは保証しません。法律で許される範囲で、サービスの利用によって生じた損害について、運営者は責任を負いません。 服务按现状提供。我们不保证对话和生成内容的准确性，也不保证服务不中断。在法律允许的范围内，运营者不对因使用服务而产生的损失承担责任。 The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee that conversations or generated content are accurate, or that the service will be uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damage arising from your use of it.

10. 利用の停止 10. 终止10. Termination

この規約に反した場合、予告なくアカウントを停止または削除することがあります。あなたの側からは、いつでもアプリ内で記憶を消したり、「作者へ」からアカウントの削除を求めたりできます。 违反本条款时，我们可能不经预告停用或删除账号。你这边也随时可以在应用内清除记忆，或通过「写给作者」要求删除账号。 If you break these terms we may suspend or delete your account without notice. You may clear your memories in the app at any time, or ask through "To the author" to have your account deleted.

内容を変えるときは、このページを更新し、上の施行日を書き換えます。大きな変更があるときはアプリ内でもお知らせします。変更後も使い続けた場合、新しい規約に同意したものとみなします。 内容有变动时，我们会更新这一页并修改上方的生效日期。重大变更也会在应用内通知。变更后继续使用，视为同意新条款。 When we change these terms we update this page and the effective date above. For significant changes we will also let you know inside the app. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
